I have a deep passion for sound healing, energy work and learning. My approach to healing and teaching has high standards at its heart, and draws on a breadth and depth of training and experience. I believe in the value of calm, warmth and intuitive insight. I also believe in the power of laughter and keeping things light and easy. I enjoy bringing out the best in people and connecting ideas and inspiration through groups.
Each client receives a unique, tailored programme of care so that I can meet the person where they are in the moment and suggest what I feel would be most helpful to them. It will be a combination of coaching, energy work, healing and teaching tools for transformation - occasionally over a single session but more usually over a course of sessions.
